One booking form should not fit every service

Frequently asked

Can each service have different intake questions?
Yes. A full groom can ask different questions from daycare, just as a property inspection can ask different questions from a viewing. Each service has its own form.
Which answer types are available?
Use short answers, longer written answers, yes-or-no questions, or a choice from a list. Questions can be optional or required before booking.
Where do completed answers go?
Answers are saved with the booking and shown to staff in the booking details. The original question labels are preserved even if the service form changes later.
Can customers skip required questions?
No. Required answers are checked in the booking page and validated again on the server before an appointment is created.
