- Yes. A full groom can ask different questions from daycare, just as a property inspection can ask different questions from a viewing. Each service has its own form.
- Which answer types are available?
- Use short answers, longer written answers, yes-or-no questions, or a choice from a list. Questions can be optional or required before booking.
- Where do completed answers go?
- Answers are saved with the booking and shown to staff in the booking details. The original question labels are preserved even if the service form changes later.
- Can customers skip required questions?
- No. Required answers are checked in the booking page and validated again on the server before an appointment is created.
