Can customers choose a staff member when booking?
Yes. For each service, choose the eligible team members and decide whether customers may request a specific person. The booking page also offers a no-preference option.
What happens when a customer has no preference?
Embercabin finds the eligible people who are working and free, then assigns the booking to the least-booked available person that day.
Does provider selection prevent double-booking?
Yes. Public availability checks bookings assigned directly to the staff member or to their linked calendar resource before showing a time.
Can each service have different staff?
Yes. A full groom can have different eligible team members from nail trims, classes, inspections or specialist callouts.
What if staff have different working hours?
A linked staff calendar can have its own weekly hours and date closures. Without a staff-specific schedule, that person inherits the business opening hours.
