Offers with guardrails

Generous to customers, safe for margins

Every code carries its own rules: an end date, a total redemption cap enforced atomically in the database, one-use-per-customer by default, and optional service scoping. Discounts reduce the service price and paid extras — never tips — and deposits keep behaving exactly as configured.

Frequently asked

Can I offer a discount code for online bookings?
Yes. Create a code like WELCOME10 in Booking page setup, choose a percent or fixed amount off, and customers apply it in the booking review step before paying.
Can I limit how many times a promo code is used?
Yes. Set a total usage cap, an expiry date, or both. Codes can also be limited to one use per customer — the default — which makes first-visit offers safe to share publicly.
Can a discount apply to just one service?
Yes. A code can cover every service or be restricted to specific ones, so you can promote a single offer without discounting your whole menu.
Does the discount come off deposits and tips?
The discount comes off the service price and any paid extras. Tips are never discounted, and deposit rules keep working as configured.
Can customers stack promo codes with gift cards?
Yes. The promo code reduces the price first, then a gift card balance can cover some or all of the discounted amount before any card payment.
What stops a limited code being overused?
Redemptions are transaction-locked in the database. A code capped at 100 uses stops at exactly 100, even when two customers book at the same moment.
