Frequently asked

Can customers book recurring appointments online?
Yes. In the booking review step they choose "Every week", "Every 2 weeks" or "Every 4 weeks" and how many visits (2–12). The whole series books in one flow at the same time each visit.
What happens if one of the repeat dates is unavailable?
That date is skipped rather than failing the series. Each occurrence is checked against your real availability — opening hours, closures, staff schedules and connected Google Calendars — plus service capacity.
How do customers pay for a repeating series?
They pay for the first visit online exactly as usual (full amount, deposit, or nothing, per your policy). Later visits are settled at each visit.
Can a customer cancel part of a series?
Yes. Each visit appears in their account like any booking, so they can cancel or reschedule individual visits within your cancellation policy — or cancel the remaining series in one click.
Do repeat bookings keep the same staff member?
When the customer chose a provider, the series tries to keep them; otherwise each visit is assigned automatically from the eligible, available staff.
