Each occurrence is validated against opening hours, closures, staff schedules, connected Google Calendars and service capacity — an unavailable date is skipped, never double-booked.

Visits land in your calendar and the customer’s account. Reminders go out per visit, and they can reschedule any single visit within your policy.

A customer who books six visits up front is a customer who doesn’t drift to a competitor between appointments. Repeat series lock in the relationship at the moment of highest intent — right after they chose you — and only the first visit is charged online; the rest settle at each visit.
